It all starts pretty harmless - a date, a kiss, then all of a sudden, rape. The new Tatu video wants to shock and call attention to something.

Yulia: "So many things happen in the world, there is so much violence everywhere, there's murder and homicide. There are a lot of young women who mind their own business, and suddenly such bad things happen."

A videoclip as a lesson in vigilante justice? A questionable provocation, but we are used to scandals when it comes to Tatu. Wild french-kissing on stage made them famous. When the lesbian games were revealed as a PR trick, the fans had enough, and their success disappeared. That is why the two of them are honest today, at least in this case.

Yulia: "We do love each other."
Lena: "That doesn't mean we are lesbians. We never were lesbians, and don't plan to be."

Yulia is a mother now, she's proud of her daughter, her sunshine named Vika.

Yulia: "I have never been so happy in my life. Mentally, she has changed me very much as well. I feel a very special physical closeness, and I love her. She's my soul, my heart."

"We have changed", the girls say today. Scandals are still welcome, but the video wants to convey a message, the two twenty-year-olds assure us.

Yulia: "If someone rapes you, or even tries to rape you, you mustn't remain silent. You must offer resistance in such a situation."

"All About Us" is the name of the new video, but it doesn't tell a true story, the girls say, which is of course preferable, because scandals or no scandals, even the scandalous Tatu girls should know that vigilante justice is a felony.
