Yulia and Lena are back with a new album and a new censured video

MILAN, 23 set – together they're 41 years old and when the world found them it became crazy. They're Tatu - 2 singers that became famous for their lesbian effusions. They want to became the new Britney Spears & Co. They had this kind of succes with their old single All The Things She Said - a song about adolescent confusion: she loves her and doesn't understand what is happening. When this becomes a clear marketing move, they're already famous all over the world. They're Tatu from Russia with not much enthusiams. They seem tired and demotivated. We met them in Milan for the promotion of their second album "Dangerous And Moving". The first video is directed by James Cox. "James is a very good director"- tell us Lena - "he developed a very simple story but with a strong impact. I'm like James Bond. The message is that girls must think twice before doing something". Lena wears a vest and a pair of jeans while Yulia, who became a mother some time ago, has a black wig. We met them in the airpot where they're waiting for their airplane.

Lena is talkative. Yulia, at the contrary, is quiet and we can see that she just wants to go away immediately. We talk about their new work. We ask them what they think about it. "We don't know what kind of results we'll have. This album is more serious, emotional than the first one. There are our souls in it". The album has good collaborations: Sting, Dave Stewart form Eurythmics. "The thing that interests us is that people could listen to our music". We ask them the last question: "As many other artists, are you committed to something in the social field?" Yes, we do shopping. At the moment we don't have enough time".
