Tatu Slip Into Japan, Repeating the Words "Gomen Nasai"

Time of publication: 10.10.2005
The chaotic Russian duo Tatu arrived at Narita Airport on an Aeroflot flight on the 9th, for their first visit to Japan in a year and ten months.

They flew over a day earlier than planned, in order to promote their new album Dangerous and Moving. Lena (21) and Yulia (20) appeared looking friendly with each other and holding hands. They were also in good spirits as they responded to calls from the press corps, smiling as they said, "We're going to pig out on the sushi that we like." Perhaps expressing their feelings about the chaos they had caused previously, they repeatedly said in Japanese "Gomen nasai". With regard to the incident during their visit in 2003, when they walked out on a live broadcast, this time they said in unison, "No cancellations".

However, only a sparse crowd of fans had gathered at the airport. It was deserted compared to their heyday, when around 200 people came to greet them.
