The German Eurovision contestant has had botox treatment after Tatu said she was a "crusty old hag".
Lou, 39, said she felt amazingly confident after the session at a Munich beauty parlour.
She said: "I stood in front of the mirror and looked at myself and felt fresh and youthful like never before. I am so happy with my new face, I would recommend it to any woman."
Tatu's Julia had earlier branded Lou a joke, saying: "In Russia we look after the blind and the elderly but we don't send them to Eurovision. But that seems not to be the case in Germany."
And Lena added: "She looks like she's worn out more men in her life than we have vodka bottles. We would push her straight off the edge of the bed."
Lou added she had also gone on a diet after the criticism from the pair and had not drunk alcohol for eight weeks: "That will change after the contest, I really intend to party," she said.
