The hearing on cancellation of the contract between Lena Kiper and Neformat took place on September, 24 in Timiryzevskiy People Law Court. In contrast to the previous hearing, Neformat was represented this time by its head Seguey Bobza. The hearing continued during two hours. At the end the responder solicited about the invitation to the session of the third persons – second lisence holder- the representatives of the companies Pervoye Muzikalnoe Izdatelstvo and EMI. The session is scheduled on October, 17.
