Tatu Arrive in Japan! "No Cancellations" This Time

Time of publication: 10.10.2005
The chaotic Russian duo Tatu arrived on the 9th to promote their new album Dangerous and Moving. This is their fourth visit to Japan and their first for two years.

When they showed up in the arrivals lobby of Narita Airport, the two girls greeted the fans who had gathered there by waving both hands. Smiling, they responded to requests for autographs and Lena (21) charmingly said, "We love you". Two years ago, the two girls appeared on the TV Asahi programme Music Station, but walked out during the broadcast without performing their song. On the 11th, they will record an appearance on the TBS programme Utaban (Thursdays, 19:54), which is due for transmission on the 27th, and they have vowed not to repeat the previous incident, saying that there will be "No cancellations".

Via their record company, they have issued a statement, saying that, "If we have time, we want to have fun shopping and going to nightclubs. In the meantime, we want to pig out on the sushi that we love." On the 12th, they will hold their first event for fans, at club asia in Tokyo's Shibuya district.
