Yulia and Lena are the star guests on "Wetten, dass...?" in Luzern - yet for Yulia it is not their first live performance on German TV that's first and foremost on her mind, but a possible meeting with her idol: "I have all the 'Mr. Bean' videos at home. He's the best, no one is funnier than he is!" she cannot stop gushing. Lena agrees: "And he is soo sexy! If any man had a chance with Yulia - it would be 'Mr. Bean'!"
The backstage area of the Swiss Life Arena is buzzing with excitement, because, in spite of the war-related cancellations (e.g. Kelly Rowland), t.A.T.u. has come to Switzerland. Now, everyone wants to meet the provocative hit girls: showmaster Thomas Gottschalk is begging for an autograph, soccer team boss Rudi Voeller drops by their dressing room and Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter absolutely wants a photo to remember them by - only 'Mr. Bean' is nowhere to be seen. "There he is!" Lena screams and disappears into the huge t.A.T.u. dressing room. Happily Yulia runs after her, but it's not Rowan Atkinson who is waiting for them, but rather his image on the TV! "Gotcha!" Lena squeaks gleefully. Those who love each other, tease each other [German proverb]...
Enough joking: in the makeup area, manager Beata reaches for the make-up, Yulia puts on her nearly transparent top, and ZDF [TV station] gives out last minute instructions: "You can do whatever you want to do live."
