Tatu Scared The English Promoters, Shapovalov Comments On The Cancelled UK Gigs. (Grani.Ru)

As "Echo of Moscow" reported earlier today, Shapovalov commented that the UK concerts were not cancelled at all due to poor ticket sales. The talk about poor ticket sales was spread by the promoters of the group in the UK. According to Shapovalov, the Tatu girls are extremely popular in the UK, and so, he thinks "it was not a problem" for the concerts to take place. "I simply don't understand how it was possible not to sell tickets for the most popular group in the UK. Every possible party against Tatu must have united: child protection foundations, administration of Wembley, government," stressed Shapovalov.

The producer of the group thinks that the concerts were cancelled because the organisers were "afraid of something". "I have no idea what is happening. After we said, that we are going to have 300 teenage girls, there was panic - first at Wembley, and then those who organised the concerts. I have no idea why there was panic," said Shapovalov. "I think they are afraid of something. There is a big public opinion about this", he added.

The girls and Shapovalov are now all in London, where they are shooting their next music video, "Show Me Love". The clip is going to be recorded in four cities - Moscow, London, New York and Tokyo and should be ready towards the end of summer.
