The appearance of the Russian duo brought life to the normal procedure of Eurovision. The halls became full, photographers’ eyes became bright, the number of reporters increased dramatically.
Eurovision fans were very uncomfortable with Tatu’s behavior, which they demonstrated loudly during the press conference.
Before the beginning of the rehearsals, there were so many reporters and tech-personel in the halls, that there was hardly enough room for everyone. But only photographers got a chance to imprint the rehearsals on film, video cameras were not allowed for some reason. The only exception was First Channel, which sent Tatu to Eurovision.

The girls strolled around stage, giving orders to tech-personel. The only musicians on stage were a guitarist and a drummer. And only on the fifth try did the duo attempt to sing. This kind of enthusiasm is new to Skonto. Press-conference was cut short from 35 minutes to 15 minutes for some reason. The first to ask was Russian press, putting the foreigners “on hold”.
We can only say with honesty "Bravo!" to the girls, who were stubbornly shooting back all the questions. They might not be bright with wisdom, but at least they are not boring. They commented their participation in the contest: "What’s wrong with just having fun?"
