Riga(DPA/EFE).- Julia Volkova, one of the singers of the controvert russian duo tATu, that performed yesterday in Eurovision Song Contest, in Riga, Letonia, lost a pregnancy back in february, as her mother in Moscow informed, according to the britanic newspaper The Mirror.

Julia lost the baby little before her 18th birthday, according to her mother. The manager of the group concealed the information because it could have brought down part of the myth around the apparent lesbian relationship between these artists.

On other hand, in the general tests done friday night in Riga, Lena went alone because Julia couldn't act on her doctor's recomendation, as said before.

They went third, but they "won"

Turkey won yesterday for the first time ever the Grand Prix of Eurovision's Song Contest Festival. Singer Sertab Erener sung the theme "Everyway That I Can" and rose with the majority of votes (167) in the 48th edition of the Festival.

On second place, with 165 votes, the belgian artist Urban Trad [idiots, thought Urban Trad is just one person ~darje] that interpreted "Sanomi". Russia followed with 164, from which duo tATu sung Ne Ver Ne Bojsia Ne Prosi without resorting to lesbic scenes, as was feared, and a scandal was avoided.

The passing through the press zone of the Russian duo almost ends up in a disaster after hundreds of photographers jumped them as they arrived to the zone of the restaurant destined to the participants of the Skonto hall.

Photographers over the tables and between the stands where the food was, almost ruined the panels that separed one zone from the other, in their intention to get the best picture of Julia and Lena meanwhile they tried to get some food, which became mission imposible.
